Commercial Parking Lot Paving in NJ and PA
Commercial paving is a different spec from residential: heavier lifts, more attention to traffic flow and ADA compliance, and crucially, scheduling that keeps the business open. We do parking lots, access drives, and commercial sites across Warren, Sussex, Hunterdon, Morris counties NJ and Northampton, Lehigh, Bucks counties PA.
We can phase the work so your lot stays partially open. Off-hours, weekends, or sectional schedules are all options. We'll walk the site with you, propose a phased plan, and write a line-item quote you can take to your board or owner.
Same dual-state license, same owner-on-every-job model, same equipment. The difference vs residential is scale and scheduling, not standards.
Commercial Paving FAQs
Can you keep the lot open during paving?
Usually yes, through phased scheduling. We do half the lot one weekend, the other half the next. We also do full off-hours work for businesses that can't lose any daytime access.
Do you handle ADA compliance?
Yes. ADA accessible spots, van-accessible spots, ramps, and access aisles are part of the engagement when we restripe. We bring layouts to current code if you want.
How is commercial pricing different from residential?
Per-square-foot pricing is typically lower at scale, but specs are heavier (often a binder course under the surface for truck traffic). The line-item quote will show you the difference.
Do you do crack fill and seal too?
Yes. Crack fill, sealcoating, and restriping are all part of our commercial offering. Many of our commercial clients do paving every 12-15 years and maintenance (seal + restripe) every 2-3.
Will you handle the permit?
If a permit is required for the work, yes. Most resurfacing in an existing footprint doesn't need one. Expansion or new construction does.
