Commercial Parking Lot Sealcoating in NJ + PA
Commercial sealcoating is what keeps a parking lot looking professional between repaves. We do the full cycle: hot crack fill, two-coat sealcoating, and restriping including ADA-compliant accessible spots. Bundled into one engagement, phased so the lot stays operational.
Most of our commercial sealcoating clients are on a 2 to 3 year cycle. The math is straightforward: a per-square-foot seal every 2 to 3 years costs a small fraction of a full lot repave every 12 to 15 years.
We serve commercial properties across all of our service area, from professional buildings in Hackettstown NJ to retail centers in Easton PA to industrial sites in the Lehigh Valley.
Commercial Sealcoating FAQs
How much does commercial sealcoating cost?
Commercial sealcoating is priced per square foot for the seal coat itself, with crack fill and restriping quoted as separate line items. We measure the lot, phase the work so you stay open, and put the whole thing in writing before we start.
How fast can you turn around the work?
A typical commercial lot is sealed and restriped over a single weekend. Most reopen Monday morning.
Can you do it in phases?
Yes. Larger lots can be done in two or three phases over consecutive weekends so partial access is maintained throughout.
Will you bring stripes back to current ADA?
If you want, yes. We can stripe back exactly to what was there or update to current ADA spec including van-accessible spots and access aisles.
