Striping work is fast: most lots are done in a single day with paint dry to walk in 30 minutes and dry to drive in 1-2 hours. We can do it as a standalone service or bundle it with sealcoating for the full lot refresh.

How long does striping last?
2 to 4 years on a commercial lot depending on traffic volume. We use traffic-grade hot paint that holds up better than cheap latex.
Can you restripe over existing lines?
Yes, that's most jobs. If lines are still faintly visible we paint over them. If the layout is changing we burn or blackout the old lines first.
ADA compliance?
Standard part of any striping engagement. We size accessible spots and access aisles to current ADA spec, including van-accessible spots where required for your lot size.
Fire lane and stenciling?
Yes. Fire-lane red curbing, fire-lane stenciling, no-parking text, directional arrows, and any custom stenciling can be done in the same visit.
