3rd Generation. Owner-Operator. On Every Job.
All County Paving & Sealcoating LLC is run by Naylor Harrison out of Washington, NJ. Naylor's family has been pouring asphalt for three generations. He's an owner-operator, which means he's the one who walks the property, gives you the estimate, and runs the crew on install day.

Naylor sets the bar he'd set on his own driveway.
In Naylor's words: “I'm polite, hard working, and try to make each driveway as good as if I was doing my own personal driveway.”
Every crew member has at least 5 years of experience.
“I'm an owner operator, so no matter what, you have hands-on experience with each driveway.”
Licensed in both states.
All County holds a New Jersey home improvement contractor registration and a Pennsylvania home improvement contractor registration, so work on either side of the Delaware is done under that state's registration.
