About All County Paving

All County Paving is a family-owned, 3rd-generation paving business based in Washington, New Jersey. Owner Naylor Harrison is personally on every job, no project managers, no subcontracted crews showing up in unmarked trucks.

We are licensed in New Jersey (HIC #13VH14153800) and Pennsylvania (HIC #171373). Most northwest NJ pavers either don't work in Pennsylvania or subcontract the work to a PA-side crew. We do it ourselves with our own equipment and our own license.
